Todays workout was pain in the aaasss, haha. Have been feeling so sore all evening, just lying in my sofa doing nothing.

Seriously need to stop go to bed this late. Have to be up in 5 hours, kill me. One of the dogs are coming really early and i need my powerwalk.

Gonna stop talking now, nighty night.

Exhausted

I started the day with 60 min Pw with elika, and then we made some really good chocolate cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast.

Now I am lying in my sofa totally exhausted after todays workout. Damn burpees, you are killing me. How was it for you?
