The first exercise do 15 on every leg (together 30).
The second exercise do 30.
The third exercise do 30.
4-6 set.
I do it fast in the video, but you can also do it slowly.
NO REST between the exercises.



Den första övningen gör 15 på varje ben (tillsammans 30)
Den andra övningen gör 30 st.
Den tredje så gör du 30.
4-6 set.
Jag gör det snabbt i videon, men du kan göra det sakta också. Jag brukar variera mellan seten.
Ingen vila mellan övningarna.
