ATTENTION FIT FAM! We are stepping it up this month
with a new intense challenge! We realize this calendar is small,
but if you press right and `show picture´, you will have a

This Monthly Challenge is Tabata and No Simple Sugars.
*Fruits are allowed.


What is TABATA TRAINING:
• 20 Seconds of Intense Training
• 10 Seconds of Rest
• Total of 8 Rounds
• 4 Minutes Long (Whole Tabata Session)

Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training method that
offers more health benefits than traditional cardiovascular exercise.
It’s short, efficient and can fit in almost any fitness program.

All of the workouts in the Tabata April Challenge will be
demonstrated here in my blog, everyday. The videos show the
first minute of the 4 minute interval for each workout to show you
how each
workout is done. When you do the workouts, make sure
you do 4 minutes for each!!


With or without weights dosen't matter. If you are doing this at
home take some bottles with water, your dog, cat, husband ;)
And also the rep in every 20 second dosen't matter,
you just do as many as you can.

on instagram, and also of course I will post everything here.

Backday with my PT

Jag glömde att berätta. Idag börjar jag och min PT med våran dagliga PW och cardio. Vi båda har slackat som fan med konditionsträningen, nu, är det dags att bli tonad.
Så jag började dagen med 50 min PW före frukost. När jag kom hem gjorde jag några riktigt goda choklad keso pannkakor. Nomnonom
Senare körde jag rygg med min PT i nästan två timmar.

På eftermiddagen så var min plan att gå spinning, men jag hade några saker att göra, gick på en 60 minuter PW istället när jag hade tid.


(ENGLISH)
I forgot to tell you. Today, me and my PT starts our daily pw and cardio sessions. We both have been slacking alot with the cardio, so nooow, it´s time to get shredded.
So I started the day with 50 min PW before breakfast. When i got home i made some really good chocolate cottage cheese pancakes. Nomnonom
Later i had a great back workout with my PT for almost 2 hours.

In the afternoon my plan was to go on spinning, but I had some things to do, so went for a 60 min PW instead when I had time.

Alltså jag suger verkligen på att uppdatera bloggen. Men det kommer bli bättre snart. Har fått ett erbjudande att blogga som toppbloggare på en sida, men ja kommer låta er veta mer när allt är klart. Och då kommer det bli mycket bättre, det lovar jag.
Jag har inte ens en header, hahaha bloggen e så jävla tråkig.

I really suck when it comes to update my blog about my progress and workouts.

Healthy Chocolate Mousse

1 äggvita
1-2 msk kvarg
1/2 msk kakao
1 tsk jordnötssmör
1 tsk stevia

Visa äggvitan hårt. tillsätt sedan resten av ingredienserna. Ställ in i kylen ca 10 min. Skär upp banan, hallon, blåbär, vad ni nu vill ha till och sen njut =)

1 eggwhite
1-2 msk quark
1/2 msk cocoa
1 tsk peanut butter
1 tsk stevia

Mix the eggwhite hard, then add the rest of the ingredients. Set in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Have some banana, raspberries, blueberries, whatever you want to and then enjoy =)

Healthy Raspberry Pie

Här kommer receptet för hallonpajen.

1 dl havregryn
0,25 dl sesamfrön
0,75 dl grovhackade mandlar
2 msk kanel
1 dl grovhackade hasselnötter
3 msk linfrön
2 msk alpro soya
1-1,5 dl kvarg
2-3 msk stevia

4-5 dl hallon/blåbär/jordgubbar/äpplen
 
Börja med att sätta på ugnen på 225grader. Blanda sedan alla torra ingredienser tillsammans och tillsätt sedan allt det andra.
Lägg bären i en form och strö över degen. Grädda i ugnen mellan 10-20 min.
Jag serverade med alpro soya vanilj.

Here comes the recipe for the raspberry pie.

1 dl oatmeal
0.25 dl sesame seeds
0.75 dl almonds
2 msk cinnamon
1 dl hazelnuts
3 msk flaxseed
2 msk Alpro soya
1-1,5 dl quark
2-3 msk stevia

4-5 dl raspberry / blueberry / strawberry / apples

Start by turning on the oven in 225grader. Then mix all dry ingredients together, then add everything else.
Place the berries on a small plate (?) and strew over the mix. Bake in the oven for 10-20 minutes.
I served with Alpro soya vanilla dessert.

Chocolate cottage cheese pancakes

1 dl fiber havregryn
4 msk Alpro soya choklad (mandelmjölk, vanlig mjölk)
1 dl keso
2 tsk kakao
1-2 msk stevia
3 äggvitor
1 ägg

Blanda havre till mjöl, häll sedan allt tillsammans och blanda. Ta 1/2dl i pannan och stek den på svag värme.
----------------------------------------

1 dl oats
4 msk alpro soya chocolate (almond milk, regular milk)
1 dl cottage cheese
2 tsk cacao
1-2 msk stevia
3 egg whites
1 egg

Mix the oats to flour, then pour everything together and mix. Take 1/2dl in the pan and fry it on low heat.

Oven baked banana chocolate oatmeal

Blandning 1
1 banan
1 äggvita
1/2 dl fiberhavregryn
1/4 tsk bakpulver
2 msk alpro soya choklad
2 tsk stevia

Blandning 2
1 äggula
2 msk kakao
1/2 fiberhavregryn
3 msk alpro soya choklad
1/2 msk jordnötssmör

Ugn 225 grader
Blanda alla ingredienser i seperata bunkar. Häll sedan ner blandning 1 i en ugnsform, häll sedan ner blandning 2 över. Stoppa in i ugnen i ca 20 min.

Layer 1

1 banana
1 eggwhite
1/2 dl oats

1/4 tsk baking powder
2 msk Alpro soya chocolate
2 msk stevia

Layer 2
1 egg
2 msk cacao

1/2 dl oats
3 msk Alpro soya chocolate
1/2 msk peanut butter

Oven 225 degrees
Mix all the ingredients in separate bowls. Pour the layer 1 in a baking dish, then pour the layer 2 over it.
Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Chocolate banana dessert

Chokladsås/fluff
1 äggvita
1 msk kakao
1 msk stevia
1 msk kvarg

Bananröra
1 banan
1/2 msk kakao
1/2 msk kokosflingor
1 msk jordnötssmör
1 msk kvarg

Blanda äggvitan till hårt skum. Tillsätt sedan kakao, stevia och kvarg försiktigt.
Ställ in i kylen en stund.

Mosa/mixa sedan banan, kakao, kokosflingor, jordnötssmör och kvarg.
Ha in det i micron i 2 minuter.
Häll i allt i ett glas och häll sedan på choklad fluffet.
Färdigt :)

Chocolate sauce
1 eggwhite
1 msk cacao
1 msk stevia
1 msk quark

Banan stir/puree
1 banana
1/2 msk cacao
1/2 msk coconut flakes
1 msk peanut butter
1 msk quark

Stir eggwhite hard, put carefully in cacao, stevia and quark. Put it in the fridge for awhile.

Then mix banana, cacao, coconut flakes, peanut butter and quark.

Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Then have everything in a glass and put the chocolate sauce over.
Done :)

1 dl protein /choklad

2 tsk kaffe

English
2 dl oats
1 dl protein /chocolate
1 egg
1 eggwhite
3 tsk stevia
0,25dl alpro soya
2 tsk coconut flour
2 tsk coffee.

Proteinbars with raspberries and Cookies and cream

2-3 dl whey protein cookies and cream
5 dl fiber osts / fiberhavregryn
1 dl coconut flakes / kokosflingor
2 tbs cacao / 2 msk kakao
2 tbs stevia / 2 msk stevia
3-4 eggwhites / 3-4 äggvitor
2-3 dl raspberries / hallon
1 dl alpro soya chocolate (milk, almond milk or oat milk works fine too)
/ vanlig, almond och havremjölk funkar också

Dark chocolate 70% / Mörk chocklad 70%

Börja med att sätta på ugnen på 150 grader. Blanda protein, kokosflingor, havregryn, stevia, kakao och äggvitorna. Häll sedan i hallonen och rör runt. Till sist tillsätter du alpro soyan och rör runt ordentligt. Bred ut smeten på en plåt med bakplåtspapper, grädda sedan i ca 15 minuter. Skär upp dem medans dem är varma.
De blev ca 20 st för mig.
Smält chokladen och stryk på det på barsen. Stoppa in de i kylen några timmar. =)

Start by turning on the oven to 150 degrees. Mix protein, oats, coconut flakes, cacao, stevia och the eggwhites. Then pour in the raspberries. Add alpro soya and stir well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper. 1 Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven. Slice them up while they are still warm.
I got 20 pieces.
Melt the chocolate and apply it on top of the bars. Put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.  =)
