ATTENTION FIT FAM! We are stepping it up this month
with a new intense challenge! We realize this calendar is small,

This Monthly Challenge is Tabata and No Simple Sugars.
*Fruits are allowed.
What is TABATA TRAINING:
• 20 Seconds of Intense Training
• 10 Seconds of Rest
• Total of 8 Rounds
• 4 Minutes Long (Whole Tabata Session)
Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training method that
offers more health benefits than traditional cardiovascular exercise.
It’s short, efficient and can fit in almost any fitness program.
All of the workouts in the Tabata April Challenge will be
demonstrated here in my blog, everyday. The videos show the
first minute of the 4 minute interval for each workout to show you
how each workout is done. When you do the workouts, make sure
you do 4 minutes for each!!
With or without weights dosen't matter. If you are doing this at
home take some bottles with water, your dog, cat, husband ;)
And also the rep in every 20 second dosen't matter,
you just do as many as you can.
